• Property search: we restrict ourselves to intimate knowledge of the area around Tropea where we have a large network so that we offer only the best properties for sale provided by the best local professionals. In many cases we are actually the developers assuring the highest possible standard
• Mortgage application: we rely on (English speaking) independend professionals that are qualified Italian intermediaries for financial services to source the ideal mortgage for your particular situation.
• Codice Fiscale: we will organise your Italian tax code for you
• Bank account: we will assist you with the opening of an Italian bank account, often required for standing orders for mortgage but also for utility bills
• Notary act: one of our team will accompany you to the notary to assist you
• Utility connections: we will assist you with the documentation required to get connected to electricity, water and gas

• Property management: we rely on a dedicated (English speaking) property management company that is available to assist you with the widest possible range of services you may require such as letting, cleaning, airing and checking your property as well as transfers, parcel delivery and more.

A full turn-key service does not end when you take possesion of your property.
