Property Booking Conditions (ref: TR858)
Property can be booked for less than a week.For a minimum of 3 days.
Rental balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.  The deposit is 20% paid on booking, non-refundable.  There is a damage deposit paid on arrival of €100.
Check-out time before : 10 am Check-in time after : 2 pm
Pets are allowed.  Disabled Access : Not Recommended.
A compulsory fee of 40 Euros is charged for administration and cleaning of the apartment at the end of the rental period. Bed linen and towels are supplied free of charge and will be changed weekly. The cost of the utilities (gas, water & electricity) are included in the rent from April to October. From Novemebr to March a 25 euro/week heating & electricity supplement may be charged. The damage deposit and cleaning fee (140 euros) is to be paid at the start of the rental period when the keys are handed over. The damage deposit is refunded less any charges (if appropriate) for any damage or loss at the end of the rental period when the keys are returned. Please ensure that the inventory is checked, signed and handed back within a couple of days, noting any discrepancies or damage at the start of the rental period.
