Press Release: Calabria increasingly well connected

After centuries of isolation from the rest of the Italian mainland and Europe at large, Calabria is getting increasingly connected as the rest of the world finds out about it's unique qualities of nature, outstanding beauty, generally low prices and year round sunny climate.

In 2011 the Airport of Sant Eufemia Lamezia Terme (SUF) in Calabria becomes a hub for Ryanair making the region accessible to low cost travellers from as far as Stockholm in Sweden, London in the UK, Brussels in Belgium, Dusseldorf in Germany and Barcelona in Spain. The domestic links in 2011 are Lamezia to Bergamo (Milan), Bologna, Pisa and Trapani.

Other popular routes are the seasonal flights with Air Transat from Toronto and the charter flights from Moscow.

"International property specialists InCalabria are well prepared" says Dennis Onstenk, the owner. "Uniquely, our company is specialised in international direct marketing of Calabria property at competitive prices. In our Tropea office we can assist clients in English, Russian, Dutch, Swedish and German - and we are known to provide the best service in the business".

InCalabria and their peers can look forward to a busy year as people from Northern Europe seek an escape from the doom and gloom and cold, dark winter months without breaking the bank.

They may just find it in sunny and affordable Calabria.
