The dream began in 2004 when Dennis and Jessika Onstenk relocated to Calabria to start a business promoting this beautiful region to the rest of Europe. Their company, InCalabria Ltd, now provides one of the highest quality property services in Calabria and have many happy clients who have been part of their success.

Their team that now develops the projects is based and focused around the Tropea to Capo Vaticano area and consists of the following experienced professionals: 

Architect:  Luigi Giffone, originally from Tropea and founder of the highly-respected architectural firm, DEGW, in London.

Construction Engineer:   Antonino Paparatto of Vibo Valentia and the construction firm, Crudo, headed by "Mastro Saro" and his son Francesco, also an engineer.

Marketing/client services: Samantha Cockerton takes care of marketing and provides prospective clients with as much help and advice as they need from the UK, whilst the owners Dennis and Jessika Onstenk welcome clients to their office in Tropea, Calabria, and personally show them around the projects and the area.

Their involvement in all stages of a project enables them to inform you confidently and authoritatively about almost anything.  Their common aim is to provide quality and design at a reasonable and fair price without cutting corners. This is achieved in a number of ways:

• Land is assessed from a technical and legal viewpoint before it is even purchased.
• A full legal Due Diligence report in English, provided by the London based firm "Imison Notaries and International Lawyers", will be available before preliminary contracts are signed. This includes all insurance details, subcontractor contracts, their employment contracts and so on.
• Local companies employing local skilled labour contribute to the local economy, creating goodwill towards our developments and their owners.
• Direct marketing and collaboration with carefully selected partners avoids the piling up of excessive intermediate commissions.
• Environmental consciousness. The engineers do their very best to reduce the amount of energy needed to cool or warm the properties whilst choosing traditional materials that do not harm your health or the environment.
