This secures your property at a guaranteed price and  this is refundable for a period of 30 days (prior to viewing), giving you time to make flight and viewing arrangements.  Once you proceed to the Preliminary Sales Agreement, your reservation fee will be deducted from the first Deposit you need to pay.
